Rejection emails
AI suggestions are not final. Open the candidate, review the CV and assessment, then choose Shortlist, Talent Pool or Reject. Only confirmed Reject decisions can be emailed.

Maintenance
Not part of normal screening. Use these tools only for missing CV recovery or unfinished historical migration.
Manual CV import — only if you personally have a PDF outside the portal
You normally do not need this. Use it only if you later receive CV files elsewhere and deliberately want to add them to the database.
Historical Formspree repair — one-time migration only
This exists only for the old Formspree applications. If that migration was already completed, do not run it again. This is not the normal AI-screening button.
Only use this if the old migration still needs finishing. AI-heavy repair runs only when you click it.
